Freezer Goals: Six of My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Simple ingredients and an easy direction: blend until smooth.

(Sorry in advanced for the smoothie names but I can’t escape my corny side)

Berry Banana Bonanza

-1/3 cup of strawberries

-1/2 cup of blueberries

-1/3 cup of raspberries

-1 whole banana

-1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

-1/4 cup of honey Greek yogurt

-1 tablespoons of flaxseed

-6 ice cubes

Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Blast

-1 whole banana

-1 tablespoon of sliced almonds

-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

-1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

-1/4 cup of honey Greek yogurt

-6 ice cubes

(If you want to add a little more sweetness to the smoothie try putting a teaspoon of vanilla extract or raw honey)

Cold Brew Chocolate Creation

-3/4 cup of Chameleon cold brew

-1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk

-1 whole banana

-1 scoop of chocolate Vega protein powder

-6 ice cubes

Cinnamon Cold Brew Shake Up

-3/4 cup of Chameleon cold brew

-1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

-1/2 banana

-1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

-3 tablespoons of almond butter

-6 ice cubes

Tropical Mango Twist

-1/2 cut fresh mango

-1 banana

-1/2 cup of pineapple

-1/4 cup of honey Greek yogurt

-1 scoop of vanilla Vega protein powder

-6 ice cubes

Kale & Ginger Detox

-1 banana

-2 teaspoons of freshly grated ginger

-2 cups of kale

-1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

-1 tablespoon of flaxseed

-1 pinch of cinnamon

-1 tablespoon of raw honey

-1/2 cup of blueberries

-6 ice cubs
